Trust, change is like a breath of fresh air
The world around us constantly changes. Every day we have to get used to tiny differences and get along with new things. It usually isn’t a very difficult task for our own organism. The problem here however is, when a life-changing change occurs.
Even though we might not be aware of it from time to time, we create bonds in our lives, alongside with a constant flow of new rules and limits. We bind ourselves to those we love the most, to places we live in, and to rituals we repeat on a daily basis. Divorce, losing a job, departure of a person close to us. Every single one of this event causes a tear in our bonds and the sadness begins. We begin to feel as if we had lost something essential, which, in the end, does reflect the reality.
First of all we have to understand and be aware of the fact that changes in our lives aren’t always “negative”. In essence, nothing “negative” or “positive” exists. A loss of a job can motivate us into finding a new one, which will be much more intertwined with our own inner philosophy. A divorce sets us up right at the beginning of a long, unknown path, on which we can meet new amazing people and start to live completely different from what we were used to.
Even if it is simple and you can process such changes very quickly, it usually is the case that we are unable to look at changes like these with such a simplistic outlook. We have to process these changes. We have to give it time and space, allowing us to relax and gain the necessary amount of new and positive energy to initiate changes in our lives.
A remote therapy is based on the fact that it can effectively help in solving each and every problem. When it comes to life-changing changes we have to make peace with the new situation that came and that’s where positive energy comes into play. When changes occur we have this tendency to flee towards the past, to actively convince ourselves that the past situation was better. “Negative” energy bars us in a significant way from getting used to the new situation and to gradually start living again.
The flow of energy of love through our body, however, will help us anchor ourselves in the now and to be happy with every future moment that life throws our way. It is necessary to understand what really matters. In our inner selves we are constantly the same person, even if the world around us changes swiftly. But is it possible for us to change? How much do you want to change? What truly matters to you and what is it that you really want?
A change doesn’t have to be necessarily “negative” – it can show us new experiences and explore the unknown. Positive energy helps us however to cope with new paths we now have to walk through, and maybe later on you will realize, that there is no “positive” or “negative” energy.
With love,
Atanus
