π What Is Desire?
Desire is strong, passionate, burning.
Itβs the energy that drives us forward, pushes us to act, to achieve, to gain more.
But at the level of consciousness 125β149 (according to Dr. David R. Hawkins), desire often turns into attachment and craving.
Itβs not just the desire for love, success, or recognitionβit becomes a constant need:
βIβll be happy when I get it.β
βIβll feel worthy once I achieve that.β
𧨠And here lies the trap β desire becomes an endless chase for something outside, while we forget to look for fulfillment within.
𧲠The Energy of Attachment
Desire can be motivating, but when itβs rooted in lack, it can turn into:
obsession,
manipulation β trying to control the outcome,
or desperation when things donβt go as expected.
π Thatβs when desire shifts from being fuel to being a chain that keeps us in tension, dependency, and frustration.
π Signs You’re Stuck in Desire
You’re constantly chasing something but never feel at peace.
You believe you’re incomplete without something or someone.
You focus more on the result than the journey itself.
You place your value on status, possession, or performance.
π₯ Desire is a strong forceβbut when you redirect it consciously, it can become your engine for growth.
π± Transforming Desire into Inner Fulfillment
So how do we shift from attachment to freedom?
π― Focus on meaning, not just the goal.
Desiring success is okayβbut whatβs the deeper reason behind it?
π§ββοΈ Observe your attachments.
What are you afraid to let go of? Where do you feel incomplete?
π€² Turn expectations into gratitude.
Instead of βI want more,β try βIβm grateful for what I haveβand open to receiving even more.β
πͺΆ Operate from abundance, not scarcity.
Trust that what you desire is availableβand can come to you without pressure.
β¨ When Desire Matures
When desire is no longer fueled by fear or lack,
but by openness, passion, and service, it transforms into:
vision,
inspiration,
conscious creation.
It stops being something that drains us,
and becomes something that nourishes us.
β οΈ Desire Still Lies Below the Threshold of Truth
This is important to understand:
Desire still calibrates below 200, which means it operates from a lower level of consciousnessβone rooted in lack, fear, and ego.
Even if it appears positiveβdriving action, ambition, and effortβit is still not true freedom.
π§ Real growth begins when we release the need for external validation and begin to act from wholeness, not emptiness.
When we let go of attachment, we move into higher states like Courage, Neutrality, and Willingnessβwhere action arises from inner peace and abundance, not from needing to fill a void.
π―οΈ Desire is a flame.
If we work with it consciously, it can warm us and light the way.
If we donβtβit can burn us.
π Choose to rise above the craving, and let desire transform into purpose, fulfillment, and true freedom.
