Before you begin, ensure calm and peacefulness so that no one would interrupt you. Feel free to turn on calming music as well.
Sit comfortably and relax.
Request help and love from the Father – Mother of God, the Source of life and unconditional love of everything that exists, as well as our dear Mother Earth.
Breathe slowly and breathe out all your worries and thoughts to God, the Source of unconditional love and life.
Breathe and give away everything to God, let yourself be filled with feeling of calm and peace.
You are calm, peaceful and your breath is slow.
Focus on your heart, on the area of your chest, and thank. You are feeling as if something was opening, you feel slight pressure but at the same time, peace. Inwardly or aloud tell yourself: “I am in a pure and perfect vibrational frequency of gratitude” and continue breathing slowly.
Thank for all the trifles and all the things you have. Thank for abundance, calm, peace, nature surrounding you and for the fact, that you have enough of everything, enough of material things and the experience that you went through.
Thank even for the things you want and desire. If you want new things, be grateful for them even now. If you want love or a partner, thank for him/her even now. Simply put, thank for everything and you will gain everything.
Thank in an honest way and with love, fill all your heart with gratitude and love, that will in turn fill your life with everything you desire. You are the creator of your life and anything you desire, you shall receive. Anything.
At the end, from your honest heart and love thank for the provided help, love and energy that was given to you.
You can finish your meditation whenever. I recommend meditating Gratitude daily, 2 times a day for at least 15 to 30 minutes.
Always be grateful, your entire day, not only while meditating. Be aware of your every moment in your life, every moment in your presence and be grateful for it.
May gratitude flood your heart and bring you to unconditional love.
